Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure:

✔ All tags and accessories are intact.
✔ You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
✔ You have contacted us for return authorization before sending it back.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item.
Once your return is approved, we will send detailed shipping instructions.
Unauthorized returns (items sent without prior approval) will not be accepted.
Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item?
We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, contact us immediately upon delivery, and we’ll make it right! We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Want an Exchange?
If you’d like to exchange your item for something else, no problem! Simply return your original order, and once processed, place a new order for your preferred item.

Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
